Ansaar finally moved into its new premises in March. Being in the heart of a community has enabled more people with Learning Disabilities and Carers to access our services. I would like to say thank you to local Councillors and Council Officers for supporting us. Most importantly I would like to say thank you to our service users, Carers, volunteers, friends, organisations & the local community for their support in making this a reality.

4 of our service and users/volunteers with Learning disabilities have successfully got jobs with Leicester City Council Learning Disability services. Congratulations and Best wishes.

Day Service
We have planned Coffee mornings from 10.30 – 1pm at Ansaar on Tuesday 12th June and Monday 2nd July. We raised over £200 at our last Coffee morning, thank you to everyone that supported us.
Carers Support Group
Ansaar Carers have planned a food sale on Wednesday 27th June from 10.30 –1pm at Ansaar. Please come and along and support us, donations welcome too
Modest Clothes Show
Thank you to Shirin and her team for organising this event. Nearly 250 women attended. Thanks to Aniq, Imaan Collections, Desi Divas, Elegance and Isma who not only took part but also donated outfits for the auction too. The final amount raised was nearly £8000. Thanks to everyone who supported or helped in any way to make this event successful
